Great service BUT
ExMed should stop using the Postal Service,I live in a big building and the postman just lives the packages in the lobby instead of delivering to the apartments. They don't care if just about anyone grabs the stuff. I may order more merchandise from ExMed, they are great but if they continue to use the same carrier I may not.

Product packaging damamged upon arrival
Ordering Process was great, however, several of the packages arrived in an envelope and the boxes inside were badly damaged. The product was in tact, though. Very comparable prices. Would suggest to others.

Problem with shipping
When ordering I was not told that it would be shipped by USPS. My mailing address is different from my physical address, and so the package was undelivered and was returned. Hopefully it will be delivered now as I emailed your customer service yesterday. I have had no confirmation so far.
