On September 4 I wrote a 2 star review of Ex Med. In my review I wrote of a very disappointing experience I had and the poor customer service I received purchasing socks. It is only right that I report a recent experience. An experience I suspect is much closer to the norm. My second attempt at making a purchase was much better. First, I recieved a formal apology for the earlier experience. Second I was told my contact information and my issue had been given to the local company representative. The representative asked if she could come to my home. She wanted to take measurements, which were written down. I was also provided with part numbers of what to order. My next contact went much better. I provided all the information I had to Ex-Med and placed an order. I was given confirmation of the order. And just for grins I did a little price comparison. I found that Ex-Med's price was cheaper by 10 to 20 cents. I will be buying from Ex-Med again.

Great company to do business with. I have never had a problem with them. I get my products at a very reasonable time frame. I order every month.
