Answered most of my questions, but neglected to mention important warning on the instructions that applied to my condition about applying the Nu-Hope adhesive directly to damaged skin.

Great customer service had my product right on time gloves fell apart within a week though.

My experience with Express Medical Supply has been without a glich until most recently, when I received a faulty product (a mattress protector that was damaged with cuts). Since I have not YET tried to remedy the situation, I cannot comment on EMS's ability or willingness to remedy this problem. I hope that it will be positive, as has been their excellent reliability until this.
