Good job people

My quadriplegic son's saliva trap was damaged so he could not use the sip-n-puff wheelchair. We glued the piece back on the saliva trap and it worked but we knew if it came apart and my son was rolling, he would not be able to stop. I ordered the trap and the next day found out it was on back order. I wrote to the company and Amy Martin, a very caring person, did her magic and got them sent to us. Now my son is safe and it's all because Amy cared.

I was very happy to get my item as quickly as I did. I also thought the price was reasonable. I will order from here again.

Love ExpressMed! They have the lowest prices that we have found for high quality ostomy care supplies! Having two to deal with (urostomy and colostomy) that are not in ideal places (skin folds), and both also being flushed/recessed stomas by design due to "lack of available plumbing" we have had a LOT of trial and error in the last two and a half years. When we found ExpressMed, it was like another prayer had been answered because the supplies we found that actually worked for the urostomy were a third of the price than everywhere else! Would recommend this company to anyone! Shipping is also extremely fast, even when using only the standard shipping the supplies arrive in two to three days!

I received the product as ordered, in prefect condition, and on time. Excellent service. Thank you.
