The walker we ordered came with a…
The walker we ordered came with a broken C clamp. It was ridiculous how many calls and emails it took to resolve a small defective piece. It should have taken one phone call with an apology for the inconvenience and a prompt replacement part. We were so happy to find the same walker my husband has used since 2014 that fit his 6’3” height and our car trunk without weighing a lot so we ordered it after having trouble finding it on line. We spent $134. After ordering it we did find it for $107 at two other sites. Will not use Express Medical Supply again did to poor service when receiving one with a defected part that was not promptly replaced and then to find their prices significantly higher

I ordered supplies over a week ago and…
I ordered supplies over a week ago and they are back ordered. No idea if or when my shipment will come. Now I have to go to crazy Walmart at Christmas time to pick up supplies. I won’t order again because I have no idea when or if I will get items

The diameter of the catheters was too large and I can't use them. Can I return the if I tried to use two of them ?

The order I received did not fit our…
The order I received did not fit our needs, which happens. No fault. But when I wrote to Express Medical asking about returns, I received no answer.

Nothing express about my order
Nothing express about my order. Live one day away ups ground instead it was shipped priority (had to cost more) delayed shipment 3 days. Thanks but no thanks.

No Communication
It's been a week since I placed my order and there has been zero communication from Express Medical Supply. I never received an order confirmation email and when I logged into my account it says an item is out of stock. No clue on which item or why they didn't ship part of my order. Next time, I will buy my supplies somewhere else.
