As usual, I am impressed with the fast and accurate service. It often feels as though mainland companies think we in Hawaii are on Mars. So far, EM has been the fastest company to respond. I am willing to wait for the gloves, which I hope will be for sale soon. It's worth the wait, though, just to deal with EM!!!
