Delivery time was longer than i rxpected , but they had what i needed. Customer service is good.

On my 1st order, I paid for 2 day shipping....they held my order overnight & until after 2:00 p.m. the next prior to shipping. After pointing this out to them they did credit my account with the overcharge. I was disappointed by their 1st flippant response to my complaint. I will reuse because of their product selection.

The swivel seat sliding shower bench works fine. The only issue was one of the red things that pushes in the pin to move the bench was broken in shipping. They are sending me a new one to replace it (the red thing). Other than that, it works well.
