Very fast delivery. A larger package and selection than I expected. But the contents were hard to sort out. I did find that they were tagged with a coded sticker, but a packing slip showing the items enclosed would have been helpful.

The order came quickly and timely. The sample incontinence pack was quite useful. Thank you, The two difficulties: 1. I wish there was more of a focus on my needs. The box came with big diapers, bigger diapers, big pads, little pads, looks like women's pads, etc. I would have chosen a sample of pad inserts instead of all the big stuff. Also one product did not have a stock number, so could only guess what it was. 2. The stock numbers were the only thing on the pads, where maybe a little paper describing the function, effectiveness, etc. for each product would be helpful. I finally figured out how to find the name of each product by searching the product number on the website. Now I can try the 4 or 5 that might be useful. Just had my prostate removed a month ago and from day one seemed to have a lot of control of urine. Now nights are dry and sudden moves during the day can leak a few drops, or a big cough, but other than that, and sudden needs to pee, I am a very lucky man about incontinence.

I think the product will work but I am concerned about the packaging. My intent is to purchase a case and the open box make me nervous. If you can shed some light on this issue I would be most grateful.

Each dispenser box is separate but not sealed. We assume this is usually a convince to clinics and physician offices who use the product in bulk.
