Better categorization for Catheters and the supplies for it as I had trouble finding a kit for a foley catheter that had everything needed the ones there all missed the sterile water part for the balloon. So I had to go to another site for that part.

My product was shipped in a timely manner. I bought five rolls of Hospital tape totaling a little over $5 but was charged over $9 for shipping. Totally ridiculous that roll of tape could have gone into a padded envelope and sent to me for a couple of dollars. To have to pay double for first class shipping there was more paper in the box then there was product. I'm a senior on limited income but I needed the tape so I was between a rock and a hard place.

It was no fault of Express but the item I ordered was critically needed. If your company had offered overnight I would have paid for it no problem. Now I am forced to purchase this item again at a much higher price. Your customer service is good but I will consider the time frame of when I receive my product the next time I order from you. I understand the Covid-19 issue delay but still express delivery or overnight should have been offered.

It is frustrating to go to a website that indicates what you want to order is in stock and then to find out after you order and your item doesn’t arrive over a week later that your item is on back order when you check. And then when you call Express to be told that the item you ordered is coming in THAT DAY and will be shipped out that day. Which did not happen. The website needs to be clearer and honest.

They continually say they are having a "sale" but their sale price is exactly the same as the regular price. It's false advertising and has been going on for the 4 years I have been ordering from them.
