Nice Tube is Too Big
Ordered what I hoped would be a silicone tube that I could use to extend the length of my husband's very short G-tube. I did the math of converting the stated size to arrive at a diameter approximating a 20 French gastric tube to match. The internal diameter of the tube that arrived is much too large and I cannot use it. It appears that the website gives the inside diameter instead of the outside diameter but did not specify which. The cost of return shipping and shipping back a new smaller tube is prohibitive. Shipping cost more than the tube, which could have been mailed First Class for probably under $1.00 worth of postage.

You took too long to deliver my order. You charged too much for delivery. I ordered my next delivery from Walmart.

The shipment was delayed and only after…
The shipment was delayed and only after I called the company did they go out to the warehouse and send it on its way. They knew they were missing two boxes of catheters, so they only shipped the three they had in stock. I have heard nothing about the other $98 worth of catheters they still owe me. Update- two remaining boxes arrived 4 days later.
