Quick servce but high shipping costs.

Reliable and deliver product expected. Only issue is that recently product has been back ordered, but the delay has never been long. Still, it has made me arrange a secondary supplier.

These weighted, large-grip utensils have helped my Dad continue to feed himself with reduced problems. Dad likes them, too.

Would like it better if ex med would ship directly to Canada! Otherwise the service and product selection id quite good.

The shipping costs were too high. Putting it in a bigger box and stuffing it full of paper made the weight too much. Look at your packaging and shipping!
