Not liking orders being back ordered delaying my needed products.
I had had good experiences with previous orders until now my products being delayed by back orders.

Paul Thanks for your review and sorry for the delay. We try to keep all items in stock for immediate shipment but it is hard for us to always predict customers purchase patterns. At times we will have 4 items on the shelf and 2 separate customers will place a simultaneous order 5 each. This results in a short back-order situation. I see you ordered on 8-12 and it looks like they will be received here at Express on Thursday morning and ship out that same afternoon 8-22-2013. Shipping charges exorbitant!
Your service was fine but I thought the shipping charges were much too high. Looks like you're making a profit not just on your products but also on shipping. I would probably search out another firm for future orders because of this.

Sorry the cost of shipping and handling seemed too high. The cost of shipping and handling are stated or presented before any customer places an order via on-line, in our catalog or place over the phone with Customer Service. the supplys i purchase from you need to come down in price
my recent purchase was ok but you need to come down on price. the case of kerlix that I buy also needs to come down in price it is getting hard for me to have money for when I need my supplys. THANKS GARY MONROE

Did not find the speedicath easy to use.
Gave up on the speedicath and went back to the other catheter. It appears that the speedicath diameter is larger. Also the other catheter had a coude tip which is easier to use.

Mr Trevett Thanks for the opportunity to reply. The correct comparative catheter to the one you use is SpeediCath 28494 in 14Fr it has the Coude bent tip . You may want to call Coloplast at 1-800-633-2139 for a free sample. If after using the sample you want us to order, we will do so and consider keeping a supply in out warehouse. expenseive and slow shipping

Mr Wickersham Thanks for being a long term Express Medical Supply customer. I see you placed your last order with us on Friday night May 25 right before the start of the Memorial day weekend and Holiday. This indeed caused your products to not be delivered in the normal time frames. Normally shipping to California takes 4 business days but in this case the order left our warehouse on Tuesday May 28 and looks like it was delivered on Monday June 3. Since the delivery actually spread across two weekends from the time you ordered it does seem like a slow delivery. This is not the typical delivery time at all. Orders placed on non Holiday Monday mornings should normally get to you by Friday the same week.

Advertised storewide sale and then exempted all items that I ordered so received no discount!
Good products and with very acceptable delivery times. Not happy about their supposed storewide sale and then not make it applicable to any of the items I placed for order. Don't like misrepresentation in today's world of advertising.

discretion needs improvement
i ordered a personal medical equipment and there it was, labeled right on the box when it was delivered. I spent almost $9.00 on shipping and handling on a product that weighed less than a pound and that's the best they ca do! What happened to privacy?

Thanks for your question and comment. Our shipping staff try very hard to maintain certain products in a shape that end users usually appreciate. This often means that delicate personal items are shipped in a long box rather than bending or curling the items to fit in an smaller box or envelope. FedEx and UPS both have a minimum shipping threshold of 1Lb regardless of the actual weight of the weight of item shipped. The $8.75 shipping cost only covers the rate charged by the carrier to Express Medical Supply. We do provide Discreet packaging to any customer who requests or checks the "Discreet Packaging" option at check out. Your order did not include this request. We do offer Free Shipping on any order placed with a value equal to or greater than $95.00.
