quality
the quality of the Covidien TED - anit-embolism knee high 8-18 mm compression/support stockings (open toe) medium - regular (white color) KEN7115PAIR are not the same or even close to the Kendall quality very dissatisfied and the ones I received states 12-15 mm graduated compression too much of a hassle to return and ship so I just kept them

Sharon Thanks for taking time to provide feedback. We have had similar complaints from other customers concerning a perceived quality difference when the Kendall product was replaced by Covidien (Covidien purchased Kendall product lines) . We have even called Covidien in reference to these complaints and their product specialists have indicated that there has been no change in the product except for the packaging. I am sorry for the frustration this has caused you. Please let us know if you would like to return the items for a full refund. We can issue a Returned Goods Authorization and I am thinking they may fit in an oversize envelope with routine postal rates to return. The Anti-Embolism stockings are rated at 8-18 mmHg compression. This compression rating is not posted on the packing bag but the bag does indicate a Calf measurement of 12-15" and a heel to calf height of 17". it okay but package was really damaged
the package it self was really damaged and it not the same as what the picture showed on the website, plus the ground shipping was 8 dollars which was a lot to me. they need get there act together if they expect to stay alive as a business.

Cory Parsons We are very sorry to hear that the package arrived with damage. We always try to ship items with protective packing in the boxes but sometimes the carriers we use (USPS or UPS , or FedEx) handle the packages roughly. Please let us know what you find that is different on the product you received from the image on the web site. We pulled one out of the warehouse this morning to compare and actually we do not see a marked difference other than it comes folded in it's own packing. Please lets us know if the product was not useable due to the damage. If that is the case, we will ship out a replacement and, with your help, file a claim with the carrier. Wasn't in stock but didn't say so when I ordered!!!
When I placed my order, there was no indication that the ostomy product I selected was backordered. I was notified 2 days later that the major item I ordered was backordered with no specific date that the item would be available. The item actually did ship and arrived 11 days after I placed the order--but in the meantime, I was very worried and ordered from another company so that I had stock available in case the order did not arrive for several weeks. Ostomy supplies are like medicine--they are necessary for life for people who depend upon them. If they are not immediately available, the ordering system needs to let me know.

your supplies are way to expensive, those catheters should have cost no more than a dollar a piece not 6 +

Jerry I see that your ordered these catheters on-line during a store-wide sale. The normal price of this catheter is $6.30 each and you took advantage of the Sale price of $5.38 each. This price was clearly displayed at the time your order was placed. We are sorry you did not notice this price until after you received the product. Could order, but where is it?
I ordered what I wanted, but wasn't told up front that it's on back order. I would have chosen a different company. In fact, I ordered this about a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. Thanks for asking me to rate this company. I'm going to go cancel the order right now and find another company.

Cover up the Infection
I ordered some Mepilex Border Lite with the intent of covering a new healed skin area. The dimensions for the item were 2" by 5". When I received them the outside dimension was the 2" by 5" including the adhesive border. I was coceerned it was too small, but it does cover and protect my new skin surprisingly.

I have looked at the Web posting and I would be interested to hear from you how we might have made the bandage descriptions more clear. Huge mistake!!
Well, went to get my box of ostomy supplies I ordered and was surprised it was so heavy. Opened the box and found 2 more boxes inside and I opened one of the boxes and to my surprise... leg bags not the ostomy supplies on the packing slip which had what I ordered on it. Called you guys and the girl fixed every thing ( I hope I get what I ordered).

Ann Sorry we made a mistake. I see the product numbers were the same on the urological products as the numbers on your actual order for ostomy supplies. When the manufacturers use a similar number sequence we have to be very attentive and in this case we were not. I am glad to hear that the Customer Service "fixed" everything when you called.
