Placed an order, I forgot to order something on the order and asked to cancel the order. They canceled the order and notified me it was done. I place my new order, got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner and a competitive price.

Order, conformation, shipping notice, delivery are always excellent. There is one product defect that is of a minor nature that should be corrected. Catheter Magic3 16 FR/CH 5.33mm Male16in/40cm Ref 50616 Circle hole cut in end of product for ease of separation is not always cut entirely through leaving waste plastic hanging to product, instead of waste being discarded in manufacturing process. This waste is clear plastic and difficult to see, it's small size is a safety hazard.
