I made a purchase for about 17 dollars from ExMed and was initially charged for it, then after checking my account the transaction disappeared. Then the transaction came back without me noticing last night. I was confused by this and contacted my financial institution, which told me it may have been due to slow processing time. However, I did receive my package quite quickly so that was a positive. I will consider ordering again, as long as the credit card charging issue does not occur again.

I ordered a Invacare 95z rotation mattress and saved a few thousand dollars, but I had to set up the mattress by myself and Invacare instructions are minimal. Nothing tells you that you are not to put a sheet on the mattress because it causes heat build up in the mattress and then the patient to become very warm. My 100 yr. old patient would wake up in the night screaming to take her blanket and pajamas off because she was so hot. I called Invacare and they informed me that sheets and pj bottoms are not be used. I complained about the lack of instructions and they informed me that they always send a technician to your home to show you how to properly set up and use the mattress most effectively for the patient. So no help from EMED

The box was deficient in packing material to protect the order. As a result we received a crushed box that had popped open. Seller has to improve their delivery process.

I am usually happy however this time we still havn't recieved our order! I understand things get backordered but I wish I hadn't been able to order if the ostomy bags were out of stock! My son has his last bag on and so were just praying at this point! I do appreciate your company though! We buy all of my sons med supplies so I appreciate your lower prices!

Mail order is always risky if you aren't sure of the product. The total of t he order including s/h was $25. So no big deal either way.

BUT....when I pay for 2 day delivery and usps takes 4 days to deliver makes it not good service!! UPS of Fed Ex would be better at delivery!!

Some difficulty searching, but able to find stuff. Then a confusing order status that seems to be at least a day behind as well as inaccurate. I ordered 3 items, found 1 was backordered, other 2 go to "ordered" when other vendors might just ship partial (the ordered and backordered both met the $95. But good, one of the products was available through my new nursing agency after all, so I cancelled it by phone, and was told the other "ordred" product (gloves) could ship the next day if the backordered product didn't show up. Which is what happened, but when I checked the status on-line again, first is showed the cancelled, then went back to 2 ordered, then showed all 3 as shipped!. Only the gloves were shipped. The total changed to reflect the cancel, but I was charged for the Backorder before it was shipped (illegal?). Now the backorder has shipped, but when I call up the order from the order history it still shows the cancelled item as shipped.

Privacy aside! It would help if you would include the name of the medicine in everything you send. It takes hours to figure what medicine you're referring to when you cite a prescript[on number or an invoice number. That should be an option, not our choice. This is especially true when you have a number of medicins and a number of different doctors and more than one person getting meds.
