Tarik, I see you ordered Monday June-23 and in checking I see the complete order shipped from our warehouse on Friday June 27 via Priority Mail. In tracking the package it looks like your package has been received by the Denver mail hub and I suspect it will be delivered tomorrow or even possibly today. So Where is My Delivery?
I had purchased products from Ex med befroe and was very pleased with its reponsiveness and it srange of poducts. Thie time around, I was disappinted to learn that the poduct I needed has been delayed agtleast a week. soO have had to use analternate method.

website/customer service needs upgrade
Website wasn't updated and I had to call couple times to know the status of the shipment, and I had to remind the customer service person both times that I paid extra to have expedited shipment, as if it didn't appear on their computer screen. However, the shipment came arrived on time and a nice package so acceptable service.

Old Walker with Edema
Socks were comfortable for compression hose. Unfortunately, one sock had a run in the foot. Likely, that sock will not last long.

Charles A review of your purchase history looks like you have purchased a "Devilbiss" Respiratory Care product from us but I do not see a purchase of compression foot wear. If you can provide us with an order number and or a date you placed the order it may help us to review. Experience continuing
The order I placed on 5/25 has not yet been received. Basically a duplicate of the previous order, Express Medical informed me that part of the order is backordered. The first shipment was fine, got here quickly and was correct; however, this experience seems to be continuing a bit too long. Please advise if the backordered item is being discontinued in your inventory. If so, I can switch to another similar item or check other providers. Thanks. Leon

Give customers a discount
I have been using this company for years and NO one has ever afford a discount other wise the service is good.

the aloetouch i ordered was very dry, seems to be dry.
otherwise the order was ok, received it in a timely fashion and the prices were wonderful. I JUST WISH THE ALOETOUCH HAD WORKED OUT.
