Easy for me, since I know which item I want. Otherwise, searching for an item is fairly easy. Payment and shipping is also straight forward. It was easy to pay with PayPal. Since I have an account, I receive email about sales and such. Also, I can easily review all my past purchases.

I ordered 2 items, one was back ordered, contacted EMS about the urgent need for the back ordered item and they had it here in 3 days.
