The merchandise is a little overpriced.
I purchased compression socks. Unfortunately, I misread the advertisement. I thought I read "buy 1 pair, get a second pair free". But the ad actually was "buy 1 get a second free". I never heard of buying just 1 sock. Also, the shipping and handling charge was outrageous. I spent less on shipping charges when I purchase 5 golf clubs than I did on 2 socks. My suggestion; re-read the ad before purchasing.

Chaz We have not run an advertisement like the one you reference. Perhaps you have placed an order from a different company and thought it came from Express Medical Supply ? I do see that you had ordered and received a shoe horn from us but not socks or stockings unless you did so under a different name. Please let us know where you saw the advertisement referenced. Plastic female urinals - poor quality!
IU would not recommend these urinals. Good price but do not work well. Would not order again.

When Medco was running this operation we got prescriptions much quicker - yes, we realize that recently the PO has closed some places that deliver our mail - but this has been going on for over a year - the prescriptions are slow to be filled and then mailed later - usually 2 days - Medco used to do better. there have been times when the quanties of meds has not matched what the doctor prescribed - for instance he might order 270 tables but order it to be taken 5 times a day - I would think that most pharmacies would question this order - but Express Scripts just sends the short supply and leaves us to deal with the screw up. They could do better!!!

Need clear pictures and instructions of the products application
I receive the kit as described in the catalog, but instructions on how to setup and apply the straps of the reservoir to the leg is vague. Also the strap is wider than the slits in the reservoir and tends to make the strap roll rather than lay flat against the leg

Thanks for your comments and observations. It had been a while since I looked at this product but it now looks like the straps that are included are only meant to snap or "button hole over" the bag buttons. It appears there is no need to run the straps through the bag's marked slits. The lack of clear instructions is a weakness with this product. I thought the shipping was allot of money for something that small that came in the mail.

Good choices, inconsistent delivery
Good sales support when needed and simple website. Delivery is in consistent. I am currently waiting for an order to ship from over a week earlier. Still haven't heard if a stock issue.

You have not credited my account for the bags I returned. You said you did it on the 12th but after a phone call it was done on the 16th and I still have not received my 129.62 invoice 00865830. Please let me know what is going on.

I have sent you a separate email with the transaction receipt attached and the last 4 numbers of the processed card. Could be a lot worse but I am sure it will get better (new Co.)
This was my second 3 month order and we had to OK items line by line and to complete the order took over 20 min. If you need new or different items it takes even longer. I changed companies because of ordering problems but it did not take as long. Some where there is paper hang up and seams they have to get a new prescription each time???

Charles, Thanks for your comments but we at Express Medical Supply are a little confused as to what has caused your problems in ordering. We have a very convenient way to establish an order that is automatically delivered to your door at any frequency you select or you can set up an auto call where we call you on a scheduled frequency to make certain your supplies are ordered just when you need them. If you prefer to only order on-line the process should require little time and absolutely no paper shuffling.
