Your shipping seems to be a rip off!
Your company charged me $26 to ship a 4.4 pound package to zone 8 on a commercial base rate. The USPS rate seems to be far less than that. I cannot understand how you calculate these rates. I hope you will consider this very carefully because all other online vendors around the world don't charge the way this company does.

Moya, We are sorry you have this impression. Our shipping stations are linked to the computer generated rates that our carriers use to charge shipping ( UPS, FedEx, USPS). A package that weighs in at 4.1 lbs is often rounded up to 5 lbs. Your package was not oversize or DIM weighted but that too can factor into to the shipping cost. It is not our intent to make money on shipping fees. We only seek to cover costs. It does appear that the rate charged on this transaction sent to Honolulu was incorrect in that If I were to ship the same order today it would have cost about $6.00 less in shipping. We are placing a $6.00 credit on your account for any future purchase. I am at a loss to explain what might have happened. Please accept our apology. Express Medical Supply Inc. Express Medical Supply: Still waiting for shipment ordered
What shipping carrier did you use? When did you ship the order? Did the carrier validate they delivered?

Dear Ms Kosling, Thank you for your note and questions. It seems obvious to us now that you did not receive the e-mail notification that explained that 2 pair of iris scissos that you included in your order were on Backorder. Our E-mail note explained that due to the item backorder we would hold to whole order until we received the scissors unless you let us know to split ship the other items. We are certainly happy to ship the other items and, as always, we will notify you of the tracking numbers and shipping method to allow you to physically track. I am disappointed; I placed an order last week, then received an email saying the the products were on back order and now I still have not received anything.
The back order information should have been posted online. I would not have purchased my order if I had known that the products were on back order, as I need them urgently. I will not purchase more products from your website.

John Sorry to hear that our process disappointed you. When you placed your order for 10 packages of the gauze we found we had only 8 on the shelf. We normally send an e-mail notification that there is a discrepancy in what you ordered and what we have immediately available. In the e-mail we request that you advise us to either split shipping what we have or wait for the entire order. We will opt to ship the entire order unless you indicate an immediate need. We attempt to always have stock on hand to meet demand. Projecting when customers are going to place orders and at what quantities they will request leads us to sometimes run short and at times temporarily run out of some products. We will attempt to fill orders quickly with new stock from our suppliers or we can also suggest products that might work as a substitute with urgent needs. Express Medical Supply Inc.

one of the items in my oder did not arrive
as soon as i notice that item was missing l send and email to this day the item is stild not here that is very poor sevice l would not recomend this cite fdor buss,

Maytee I see that you have ordered one item from Express Medical Supply and that this was your very first order (order placed Saturday Feb 16 and shipped out Monday the Feb 18). The tracking information on the package through the USPS web-site displays that your package was shipped out USPS Priority Mail on March 18 and delivered on March 20 . This information plus your note indicating that "1 item was missing" as if you ordered two or more items is a bit confusing. From what I see on your invoice you only ordered 1 item. Order completed and then told items not in stock - NOT GOOD
Went to your site. Went through the order process, and then found items not in stock. Had to cancel. Wasted my time. Should have known when placing the order that the items were not in stock. Will not be at your site again.
