Product arrived on time
Product arrived on time. It was as described. Performed as designed. My issue is with the price. They are highly over priced by almost double. The shipping charges are outrageous in terms of what is being shipped. The only reason they get away with it is because they are a select medical supply company.

The delivered products are not as ordered iwould order again if I continue to need these.
The delivered products are not as ordered. May well be a cheaper replacement made by your supplier. The supplied product, 38305, is not the same as ordered 36106 (41mm), a non adhesive catheter. The received product resembles 39304 without the adhesive. The first try proved teh units dysfunctional. I DO EXPECT TO ORDER AGAIN FROM YOUR BUSINESS If I continue to need these items. Your shipping is prompt. We live in a world where a sale is only an item number to those processing the orders in some remote site from site of manufacture. By your wide offerings It is obvious you gat items if many categories from yet more suppliers. It is often the profit motive or dire curcumstances that cause manufacturers to substitute products that may be different from original offerings by reaolacing nubrs

I ordered 16fr catheters and when they…
I ordered 16fr catheters and when they arrived inside the shipping box were 20fr catheters I called but the office was closed and I sent an email for a return shipping label to send them back and get the correct size I ordered

Today is July 8
Today is July 8. I placed the order on June 30. The order was acknowledged but there has been no followup with tracking number or when to expect the delivery. I will need to contact them to find out what happened to the order.

Whats going on???
This order required three calls. The first took one hour and resulted in being told you were out of supplies for my order. The second call took five minutes: I was told to wait wait and I would be called back in ten minutes -- I was never called back. I went to your web site and placed my order with ease and precision. Of-course I had to pay where otherwise my order would have been covered through my insurance. SO -- WHAT IS GOING ON?

If you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance for your order, you will want to contact them and they can let you know their policies.

OK for product Slow service
Received product ok, but the amount of time it took was too long. You've got to work on turning around orders faster.

Unable too git responce too an order.sitting in limbo! Alot of backoders delaying needed supplies. A timeline.or updates would be great. Ive used yall for 10yrs. These issues were here b4 the rona!!!
