No way I can use your service when…
No way I can use your service when you’re using USPS for delivery. I’m waiting over a week for my order. Can’t even track it no info since 13 Dec. !! Par for the course with the post office!!

Hello Mark, I am sorry your order has been delayed. Unfortunately, we are finding the same issues with FedEx. Between the holidays and Covid, it has been a struggle for the different delivery services to get orders out in the same time frame they have in the past. I placed an order on Dec. 9and still have not received it yet even though it was sent by priority mail. This is medical supplies, not Christmas presents!!!

What you order isn’t what you get
I ordered a case of 3M coban. Description said 30 packages of 5 rolls for a total of 150 rolls. Received 6 packages of 5 rolls for a total of 30 rolls. HUGE difference! I would never purchase from them again. Sent an email to company but haven’t heard from them.

maybee not your fault but my material…
maybee not your fault but my material has not arrived it seems to be lost in the postal service not arriving

John, thank you for your feedback. According to the tracking, "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility. " Your package is not lost, it is delayed due to the holidays and because of the ongoing global pandemic. I am very sorry you have been inconvenienced. I can’t rate something I have not got yet. I had a shipping number but can’t not locate and your site was no help. Thank you for the reply. I will change my rating once I have the package. Hope I get it soon

You can also check your spam folder, sometimes our emails get misfiled. Please give us a call, we are happy to help you locate your order. According to tracking, it is scheduled to be delivered however it is arriving later than expected. The USPS has been dealing with shipping delays because of Covid. I apologize for your inconvenience. Cannot Use Them. Although these stockings were labeled…
Although these stockings were labeled as same size as a different brand that I currently have, they were cut so much smaller that I could not wear them at all. I don't believe they are the size they say. I tossed wrappings before I realized it so I cannot return them.

They cancelled my order just like that.
I ordered a Graham-Field - RJ4405R - Lumex Walkabout Four-Wheel Imperial Rollator - Contour Backbar, my zip code appeared and the S/H price, I paid and then, they just cancelled my order.
