I made a mistake.
I made a mistake and ordered from this company when I could have gotten my product for much less. However, I will say that they were very prompt with delivery and it was well packaged.

Colostomy Band/Belt
This was the junkiest thing I have seen in a long time it is made poorly and not worth any amount of money. Do not buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have not received entire order
The most important item that I ordered (the bath chair) has not been delivered. there have not been emails to inform me why and if it's been backordered or what. Not happy.

This is an unusual event in that the chair you ordered is normally available and drop ships Directly from "Drive Medical" (one of our distributor supply warehouses). Unfortunately Drive notified us that the item would not be available to ship until 6-8-2015. We did provide you with a note to this effect on the receipt included with the other ordered item. Good service but.....
My monthly order of catheters for my daughter is always on back order!!! Once they get them service is quick!!!

The product I ordered was exactly what I received.
When I first ordered from Express Medical Supply the 1(one) item I ordered was back ordered. It took about 2 weeks to receive my item. I was disappointed for this to happen. When I received the product it was exactly what I ordered.

Service was good, product did not work.
The service and price was very good, unfortunately the product did not work. My husband bought a car that has a smoke smell and tried X-O Plus. On the bottle it says it removes smoke smell oders and harmful second hand smoke, unfortunately the car still smells like smoke after spraying every inch of the car.

Somewhat helpful
I placed an order and paid nearly $50 extra to have the package delivered the next day. I received a call from the company stating that they only had 1/2 of the shipment and they were sending out what they had and it would be delivered the next day. However, the remainder would have to be shipped ground. I wouldn't have paid an additional amount had i known the product ordered was not fully in stock. Although I did receive my package, I am not happy with the way things were handled.

The samples arrived quickly but...
The samples arrived quickly but...the sizes were small. I didn't get a good sample to review and test which would work better for me as the sizes didn't fit.
