I was VERY unhappy to see on your website the product that I had ordered and was on back order was then put on sale while I was waiting for my product. We were in a desperate situation so I had to order a few catheters and pay overnight shipping. I understand products can be back ordered, but then to see you put those items on sale while we are waiting was upsetting!

I see your complete order left our warehouse on the Thursday Jan 23. The tracking information from UPS shows and anticipated delivery date of Jan 28. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU ORDERED. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT YOU WANT MY OPINION. I PLACED AN ORDER AT YOUR WEBSITE AND PRINTED OUT MY RECEIPT. I RECEIVED ONLY 1/2 OF WHAT I ORDERED AND CALLED TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER 1/2 OF THE ORDER. I WAS INFORMED THAT THE WEBSITE WAS WRONG AND CHANGED SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER. THEY WOULD'T BE SHIPPING THE OTHER HALF AND WERE CANCELLING MY ORDER. THEY DIDN'T INTEND TO HONOR THE ORDER. I HAVE ALREADY TOLD OTHERS NOT TO ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY AS THEY MAY NOT GET WHAT THEY ORDERED OR THE WEBSITE WOULD BE CHANGED TO SUIT THEIR PROFITS.
