I shared with the company, prior to purchase, it is important for customers like me who have been spoiled by certain retailers that offer two day shipping to advertise how quickly they ship out their orders. It is as important as the 3-5 business day standard shipping time. If it takes a company a week or longer to ship out a customer's order, it greatly changes the timeline and greatly influences whether a customer is satisfied with doing business with the retailer. Express Medical shipped within the 24-48 hr turnaround as they promised by email (and which they should advertise) and I received my order quickly within the normal shipping time. I am confident I will be using them for repeat orders.

They have bent over backwards to fill my orders for ostomy supplies. Making sure that I didn't run out even if they had to ship parts of order in 2 shipments.
