Back order net yet filled, feedback requested.
It is very difficult to review a product that is back-ordered and the review has already been requested, perhaps a symptom of the company in general. No approximate date for shipment has been offered. Best review at this stage...Company FAIL.

adult disposible underwear
The plastic on most of them is very uncomfortable. Used 4 so far and they have all fallen apart too.

You really disappointed me.
After many, many years of buying Colopast Alpine leg bags from you folks, you apparently have dropped the cooresponding Alpine straps from your catalogue. When I called oyur company to find out what the alternative was, the customer service rep cut me off short by telling me they had no control over their selection of merchandise, and totally shut down any further questionins about possible alternatives.

James The Alpine straps are no longer manufactured. We did not drop them so much as they stopped making the product. The largest selection of alternative products is the Urocare line. You don't get what you order
Below is copied directly from my Express Medical receipt. Respironics ComfortGel - Blue CPAP/BiPAP Nasal Mask with Headgear and Accessories Cushion/Flap Combo - LG All I received was a cushion flap even though "Nasal Mask with Headgear and Accessories Cushion/Flap Combo" was advertised.

Terrible packaging
I ordered 300 bulk Underpads and they came opened and in a box- Where is the sanitation and have all of them clean from any form of air or box dirt. This is all medical stuff and this is the way you ship it?? Very disappointed,

Nella Sorry to hear that this product did not meet your expectations. I just went to our warehouse and looked at the product on our shelf. You are correct in that when ordering in BULK quantities from this manufacturer they are are loosely folded and just placed in the cartoon. This is how the manufacturer provides them. Most of the disposable under-pads are offered in smaller units of measure and come 10-25 to a sealed bag. You may want to try the MED2436. It is one of our best breathable under-pads. Overnight Pee Pot
Have used for 10 days now, and I am quite happy with this product. It is easy to get the top off and rinse.
