SampleIncontinence
These samples arrived tossed in a box, VERY unsanitary. I'd like my $8.45 back.

Our warehouse staff manually make the sample kits of different manufacturers products and styles of for the benefit of our customers. Our sample kits are made up by size to assist customers in selecting the best product that they feel will best meet their own needs. After selecting the product the customer then can purchase the correct product that comes in the plastic sealed bags and or in case quantities of multiple bags. The samples are to serve as a convenient aid in the selection process and we believe the sample packs are a good way to help. VERY POOR QUALITY
This product is made in China, that says it all. Size chart is inaccurate (product size runs small). Good design but VERY poor quality. I will wind up needing to replace it with a better quality product when it falls apart in a very short time. Don't waste your hard earned money

Carlos I am very sorry to report that we have made a mistake with your order. We will re-ship it out today, Tuesday June 9 and will send you tracking information to your e-mail address. We do ship by three different carriers ( FedEX, USPS, and UPS). I suspect that we did ship your package with a Fed Ex label but it wound up in the wrong stack. Do not buy this product!
This posture corrected does not work. The shoulder straps are way too short and just barely connect -- cutting into the armpits. Had to return. Hate that I paid shipping both ways. Saw on another site that the product has been new and improved with 2" longer straps. This one is defective. I am talking about a small lady - weighs 120 lbs and it wouldn't work. Buyers beware!

I am very disapointed. Our order is on back order and the client is in need of the supplies ordered.
We ordered the 6th of April and the client has still not recieved the catheters. poor service

Your tracking number will be available and will be sent soon. When you placed the order on the 17th we had only a part the 3 boxes available. We could have sent all we had at the time ( box and a half) if you had requested and did send you the note below advising you of such on 4-17. metal ramp
I received what I had ordered but it's not what I wanted. I can't put my husband's wheel chair on it. It buckles.

Disappointed
Both the tubes of surgical lubricant I ordered had been opened and one had been punctured and was leaking! So disappointed.

Jazman This is disappointing indeed. Sorry, I assure you that this is very unusual. Our warehouse team normally takes the extra steps to ship Surgilube in zip lock bags and no one here can ever remember a problem with broken or opened tubes.
