My sister is in a nursing home and this long handled shoe horn gives her a little more independence. I did not rate you five stars because when I ordered this for her, I had hoped to have the option to mail it directly to her. Instead I had to spend an extra $7+ dollars to do so. I would order from you again . Quick service.
