First time ordering and both items are on back order. Product is to be here in five days . ordered oct. 31 , 2015 it is now nov. 7 no product or update on order. Not pleased with company. Not saying much about the Express. Cheryl

Cheryl We apologize and are embarrassed by this delay. We have the new Hope product in stock but only had a limited supply of the adhesive remover (14) and you ordered (50, 1 box). We are hopeful that your complete order will ship out by Monday Nov. 16. Please let us know if you would like to cancel this order or if you would like to receive what we have now and follow up with the remaining product when available. I asked for discreet packaging
I checked the box for discreet packaging and what I received was a bard catheter box with an address label attached.

Terry I pulled the copy of your order. This is the one we use to pick the order and actually pack before shipment. Your order is clearly marked for Discreet Shipping and special 2nd day Shipping. Both of these special requests are clearly marked and circled for our acknowledgement. We obviously failed to follow through correctly and are truly sorry. Please note that we take such failures in discretion even more seriously than product shipping errors. There is no fix other than our efforts to make certain it does not occur again. not satisfied at all. asking for a refund
this product is not what it is advertised to be at all. I am very unhappy with it and have emailed the company to return the item unused/unopened for a full refund.

Nancy, Thanks for you feedback. It looks like you ordered two each of the Bard securing devices. Please call our customer Support staff to return any unopened devices for credit. The Customer Service team will issue you a "Return Goods" number to be included on the outside of the return package to facilitate quick return processing. Phone 1-800-633-2139. Missing item
Having rcvd order in just a couple of days I was pleased until I opened the package to find that my order was not complete. I contacted the customer service desk and was assured that the missing item would be shipped quickly as soon as a review was accomplished this was several days ago and I have yet to receive any information on the missing item. the invoice number is 00933033, my customer code is ULL005.

Opinion
I recently purchased a Amanda McGloin Covert nebulizer and when I got it home, read the directions, etc. it didn't work for me. there was absolutely no mist coming out of it at all. The only reason I purchased this item is because I usually use Asthmanefrin but they have discontinued it & it was suggested to me via email by them to get this product. I was also assured I could use the vials from Asthmanefrin. I was highly disappointed.

Debbie We believe that the staff at Asthmanefrin have sent many users to us for the DeVilbiss product you purchased. We are sorry to hear that it has not worked out well for you. The instructions and the diagram included with the product do indicate that the Jet ( part G in diagram ) must be firmly seated in it's original position in the base with the closed part of the jet toward the throat. You may find that by adding a small amount of normal saline to the Asthmanefrin will help the solution to nebulize with better output. (The 0.5 cc vial of Asthmaneferin my not offer enough volume to adequately nebulize). Please note: The aerosol produced by the bulb compression is very fine and is not as easily seen as was the case with the now discontinued " Easy Breathe Atomizer". Company needs a more reliable company for shipping
On 7/2, late morning, I ordered some products choosing Priority 2-day shipping. That was a full 7 days ago and I've not rec'd anything yet. Tracking shows that my products are in Iowa. I live in IL, they are shipped from Missouri so why are they in IA? Tracking also says they are scheduled to be delivered today but it is 8 p.m. and they are still in IA. I understand this may be a Post Office issue not Express but I've has slow service before and Express may need to find a competitively priced shipping company that does what they say they will do. Not happy!

Mary We are truly very sorry that your products have been delayed, misguided and possibly lost in the USPS system. Our USPS field services rep has said he can see coding on the tracking information detail that indicates the label was torn or compromised in transit. We have shipped out a duplicate product shipment using FedEx Ground and it is supposed to reach you tomorrow Saturday July 11. We also are not happy when delivery processes fail. Please let us know if you would prefer your supplies be sent exclusively by UPS, FedEx or USPS. If one of the routes has caused you product delays one or more times, perhaps choosing an exclusive delivery partner will help us meet your needs. If you prefer one method of shipment, we will mark your account accordingly. We tried to call the phone number linked to your account but it was not working this morning.
