Poor Shipping Expierence
Didn't like the fact Express Medical show products for purchase on their web site and then after purchases sends e-mail stating that product are on BACK ORDER. I had to call them to ship those products that are not on back order, and response was slow shipping. I am not a happy customer and I have done a lot of business with them. So be ware!

Adhesive remover wipes
I don't really care for them! They have a very strong odor ! They also have alcohol& I can't have that usually so I'm not sure I might have to send them back!

Female catheters are never on sale.
my only reason for not giving you 5 stars is because you never put female catheters on sale. Since I've been purchasing them from you, which isn't long, they've gone from $19.99 per box to $21.99 per box. You use to even put them on sale for $17.99 per box. You still beat any insurance price everywhere but a sale once in a while would be huge to me.

Lisa Thanks for your note. Looking back , the catheters you mention are on sale today Thursday August 25 and have been on sale at least 30 different days since Jan 1, 2016. You should be receiving email notifications from us when the sales start. Alert re back order
Recently placed order for an essential item that I was almost out of. When it didn't arrive, I reckecked the order. Stated it was on back order. Thankfully my Medicare supplier came through with their delivery in time. Recommend med express call or email customer when item isn't available.

i ordered 2 items and only one was delivered. I called and they did deliver the other item after i called them.
They did send the other product but show lack of quality control.

misled by delivery time
I needed product on AUG 8 evening. On Aug 5, I ordered the product, and paid extra for 2 day delivery. Since I did not receive by Monday Aug 8, I had to use an undesirable substitute. The product was delivered on Wed Aug 10. Joe c

shipping to expensive
Your shipping rates are to expensive you should look into flat rate shipping from USPS it would save you and myself some money

Hiram Llado Thank you for your comment. We are sorry to hear that the shipping rate to Puerto Rico seems too expensive. The challenge with using USPS Flat Rate boxes is in knowing what products and quantities will ship together and still fit in a flat rate box. Many customer orders have items that will not fit in the flat rate box. This makes use of flat rate box shipping options very challenging.
