The adhesive was so poor the instructions tell you to pinch the material together in order to make the condom tighter, and they only stay on a few minutes I have tried 5 to give them a fair shot. Maybe I expected to much but I thought they would stay on all day.

On 4/22 I ordered (#558223) a replacement seat for my Invacare rehab shower/commode chair. The number of chairs this product fits appeared to include my 6891. Others chair models shown in the item description were 6895 and 6795. The largest print was 6795. Turns out the seat I received is only 16in wide (fitting only #6795). I searched your site for the seat again today using a slightly different phrasing and found the replacement seat with a drop-down menu of 2 model number choices. That item description is very user-friendly and straightforward. I wish I would have landed there on the 22nd. Turns out that the correct item is backordered at the source. I did receive return instructions via e-mail from customer service today including an RA number and address. PROBLEM IS NOW I AM STUCK WITH THE HIGH COST OF RETURN SHIPPING.. I am an experienced internet shopper so do pay attention to item numbers etc.

The blood pressure cuff I purchased was not as represented on the website. Also the customer service hours are not as displayed. I called at 9:15 am ET on a Friday and the recording stated they were still closed. I would not recommend doing business with this website.

For several years my wife has been encouraging me to stand up straight. I have the tendency to slouch a bit. I have worn the device now for 5 days and I don't feel that it is doing what I had hoped it would, basically remind me to stand tall. I tightened it up to the tightest position and still not doing what I had hoped for. Also the device seems to creep up my back, which makes it less effective. I tried wearing it over a tee shirt and also over bare skin. Pehaps I chose the wrong device.

I ordered two french tip straight catheters about one month a go. I have had to boil and mold the straight catheters to make it curved since no one makes the curved ones anymore. After boiling and molding the catheters, I noticed the opening was no longer tapered. It hurt to insert the catheter because the tip was too large. It was a wasted $30. At first I thought I had ordered the wrong tip. I ordered two more and upon delivery, I quickly noticed the tips were french tipped and tapered to my liking. I boiled a third one and sure enough, the tip lost it shape, even at very shoert boil. Frustrated, I finally was able to boil just the middle of the catheter and the 4th time was the charm. I am sure I can't be the only person frustrated with not having the option of a curved catheter. I am also out $45 on catheters that if I were to use them, could very easily cause harm to my internal valve. P.S. I would feel much better if I were to receive a refund.

These ostomy supplies are specifically designed for continent ileostomies. Trim to desired length (12" total length). Includes plastic storage bag. and the catheters are $9.95 each. My dad uses ostomy bags and I ordered him some by the size he told me they get here to big but i clicked on what i needed but I guess what's said on the box is different on the website so I called in to exchange them but I have to pay the shipping again so Im goin go to a different site after I return them
