ITEM ON BACKORDER
I placed the order 1/21/16 and rcv'd a confirmation same day. And then I rcv'd another email that the item was on back order. Seems like I should have been told that before I placed the order. To date I haven't rcv'd the item nor an ETA. A little more communication would be appreciated. Reference receipt ID 682751.

We are sorry for the delay in your order. We keep a large inventory compression stockings in stock but occasionally must place an order from the manufacturer for a specific size or color option. We order from our manufacturers 2 times a week so usually the delay in shipment is short. In review of you package tracking information I see that it has arrived at the hub in Florida and should be out for delivery today( Feb 1) or tomorrow at the latest. wrong products delivered I want to return them

Late Delivery

Janet A Thanks you for your note. We are very sorry for the delay in delivery of your order. . In looking into the tracking information it does show that the items left our Fenton MO location on 12-21 and are scheduled for delivery 12-23. In review of your order I do see that a couple of the "BARD" items have been intermittently on back order or in short supply from the manufacturer. I suspect these are the items that held up delivery. We are working with the manufacturers and the National Supply Hubs to eliminate or greatly improve their ability to meet our customers demands in the future. Never received my order.
I want my order that was suppose to be delivered on 12/1/15. It is now 12/5/15. I was told they would reorder the item on Monday but she slammed the phone down so I do not know what to think. Hope the item gets here today.

Mr Kierson, We are sorry to hear that your package was not received. Have you tracked the package using Priority Mail Tracking ? and are you certain it was delivered to the front porch only to later disappear ? To protect future orders you can request "delivery on signature only". There is a small cost associated with this service but at least it would protect package delivery. You can also request for your orders to be delivered by UPS or FedEx only if you believe one of these carriers would better meet your delivery needs. I am still waiting!!
I can not review this product as I am still waiting to receive it! Getting an email to review a product I haven't received yet is frustrating. I expected my purchase days ago!
