We order a case or two of urinary…
We order a case or two of urinary catheters every 2–4 months. Always get an out of stock message but they usually arrive within a couple of weeks and they are well worth the wait. We end up paying out of pocket since express med doesn’t bill insurance and insurance / Medicare won’t pay if we don’t get them from a more expensive source and we don’t have access to that.

Catheters are my primary purchase
Catheters are my primary purchase. Prices are among the lowest of any supplier. Backorders for items out-of-stock can be problematic if the order is urgent, but the staff is responsive and accommodating. As of yet, I've no reason to shop elsewhere.

I would give you five stars, but the last two times I placed an order, I had to wait because they were on back order.

Everything was great service but the pads were not long enough even though the size on the pad was the same as the cushion
