Shipping too costly.
Components (10 O-rings) could have been placed in regular envelope. My previous order was sent in a regular envelope at regular postal fare!

Dan Thanks for your feedback. We offer Free Shipping for orders > $95 and we try to make it very clear, up front, that orders less than $95.00 will ship for $8.75 to the 48 contiguous States. Robert I tracked your package. It left our warehouse on 2-6 and met weather delays in your delivery area. I see today 2-10 it appears to be out for delivery again or perhaps it has arrived ? very nice
For the most part the labels are very good. ALTHOUGH a few labels didnt remain on clothing after washing.

Have had better Experience with Express Medical
Have ordered a couple of times. This time, one of the cups was broken. Not worth the hassle of paying money to ship a $5 cup back but it's really not acceptable. Need to pack things so they don't break. Period.

The product was a little expensive but that is the way the world works but the real overcharge was shipping.

good products ..slow and expemsive shipping
Products took a long time in arriving I would think that for a 8.95 shipping charge they would have arrived sooner.. If products were available on Amazon or another shipper with less costly shipping I would shop- there my total order was a little over 30 dollars and that's not acceptable

Back ordered
Part of order was back ordered, was not notified when purchased. Not good. Almost ran out of supplies.

We have heard from some customers that the messages sent from Express Medical Supply are routed to a spam or "holding" folder of their e-mail. Anytime a product is temporarily unavailable like this order and you are critically short of supplies, we ask that you call us so that we can suggest either an alternative Brand or alternative packaging. product as always is number 1 Your shipping method is horrible. Left package in the rain under no cover and not in any protective covering. Thank goodness there was nothing that a soaked `box could destroy.

We are very sorry that the items were left in an area without cover. Please call us if you would like for us to always ship by a different carrier like FedEx or UPS. We do use those carriers as well and can mark your account to always ship using a certain carrier if that may help eliminate this problem in the future.
