Inefficient Return Process
I ordered a pair of gloves. I currently have the same glove so I ordered the same size as my existing gloves. The pair I purchased are a little big. I make several purchases online and most places have a very efficient return policy. Other places allow you to print a shipping label from your order confirmation email and you do not have to pay shipping. I have to return my gloves and there isn't an easy shipping label to print and I am going to have to pay for shipping to send the product again and then to re-order, totaling three shipping charges.

I am having trouble getting the product to work.
The service was good BUT the actual nebulizer is NOT working. It seems a simple function apparatus. My last nebulizer is similar visually BUT IT WORKS!!!!!!!!! I am hoping you give another opportunity to chose something else in the hopes that works. Thank you

Misrepresentation of product being ordered.
The product ordered indicates it is a box of ten tape products and comes as a single roll. The cost of $1.15 per item was low but with $8.75 in shipping, I figured they were making up the costs for the box of tape. I was very disappointed and will likely not shop there again.

We do offer the 1 " tape for purchase by the roll ( each) or by the Box ( 12 rolls) or by the Case ( 10 boxes of 12 rolls each). I see that you selected to buy 2 individual rolls. Not happy with company or product
I have ordered pillows from you in the past and have been very satisfied, I needed another one and thought I had ordered the same kind I had in the past. When it arrived I realized it was not the same pillow and is way too firm to use. Was going to return it yesterday and found out it would cost $15.00. I called a customer service person and was told that you would not send a return voucher. .Therefore ,I will donate the pillow ,rather than spend the money and not order from you in the future...Mary

Mary Sorry to hear that this product did not meet your expectations. I see you ordered the Convoluted Foam Orthopedic Neck Pillow. I too find this type of pillow to offer a little too much support. We are happy to accept the pillow back and will issue you credit back to your card any time within 30 days of delivery. Pillow needs to be in the original sealed condition to accept for return. misrepresented
I ordered a padded bench shower seat and it was mirepresented. I only recieved a padded part for a bench for 80.00. I will be returning this item as i need a shower chair.

The tracking number 1z6691850341354611 indicates that UPS delivered and left at your Front Door on August 30 11:07 AM. Could a neighbor have picked this item up for you ? Express Medical Supply poor customer service; Sigvaris GOOD customer service.
When our Doff N Donner failed (poor glue adhesion), Express Medical Supply customer service simply gave us Sigvaris customer service number and instructed us to call them. They offered no return policy for defective equipment. We would have preferred to have better customer service. Express Medical Supply Delivery and Tracking was prompt and accurate. Sigvaris, however, immediately evaluated the situation and agreed to send a replacement part with a return Authorization package.

We always seek to resolve problems and or defects in a way that is the most efficient for our Customers. Some of our Manufacturers, like Sigvaris, actually request that they be notified immediately of such problems so they can quickly resolve issues and review their own quality control processes. I am sorry to read in your review the impression that Express Medical Supply offers no return policy for defective equipment. We certainly honor all manufacturer warranties and provide information on returns on our Web site and catalog as well. In the case, involving Sigvaris products, we knew that the quickest and most efficient resolution would come with the manufacturers direct involvement. Not happy!
When I place an order, I should be notified before I pay that my items are not currently in stock. I need these medical supplies to live proper. I have to change my stoma on a regular basis. I have had my stoma since 2006. I have been unhappy with my last three orders. Faulty wafers were in two of those orders, then now a delay. I'm really thinking about shopping around for a new company.

Rachel Please accept our sincere apology. We do try to keep items in stock. It is hard for any business to maintain the exact level of stock on 5,000 different product offerings at all times. If you call our Customer Service team ( 800 633 2139 8:30-5:00 CDT ) they can give you immediate information on product availability before you confirm an order. You might also consider our "AUTOSHIP" service which would help you, and us, avoid situations where you need supplies that we do not have on hand. If you know in advance how much product you use in a month, or any period of time, we plan ahead and have the items shipped at your specified interval. We can even arrange to call you a couple days in advance. In reference to any product failures or problems please do let us know the specifics. The manufacturers are always attentive to such issues and will generally offer replacements and will run such issues through their quality assurance reviews.
