Ordering magic bullet suppositories
I ordered a box of 100 magic bullet suppositories. I thought I was on the same page as your clerk...not even close. The clerk sent be one single suppository. My husband is a Quadropalaegic, and we use these every single day. One single suppository...REALLY!? I would appreciate it if we could get this straightened out ASAP.

We do offer the bullets by three options on our web site: Each, individually at $1.45 Pack, of 10 each at $6.95 Box, of 100 at $55.95 You mention talking with a clerk, but it looks like you placed your order directly on-line from our web store and not through a call to customer service. Poor products
The catheter keeps on slipping and the urine bag does not live up to expectations

Poor Service - the worst ever
I have placed an order long time ago and you still say it is in process -- you should tell people the stuff is not in stock and take it off the list we order from.

Has your mother used other barrier strips in the past ? Perfect Choice is a low cost alternative, but has she had good outcomes with another product ? Express Medical is a trusted medical supply company with fast delivery service.
I have used Express Medical Supply for several years and can always depend on a fast delivery of my order. The on;y complaint I would have would be the website is not user friendly. You constantly have to start your search over after you add an item to your cart. It would be alot easier it they had a " return to shopping" button or something similar so you would not have to start your search all over again. Also, the directory or list of products could be simpler.
