Express Medical Supply sent me exactly what I asked for and within a short timeframe. Their service is stellar. The only issue I have is with the product, the URO9516 16oz. Sport-right (5 3/4" x 10") reusable urinary drainage leg bag. This is one of the best on the market but still requires me to significantly modify it to get it to fit, "hide", and stay put comfortably. Once I do that it works like a charm. No one can tell I'm using it. Unfortunately I don't think the industry is up to the task of providing top quality products that perform in a way that gives you complete comfort and confidence.
