I have been getting adhesive from Express Medical Supply for years. Recently the product changed on my last two shipments. Generally I think the product has improved with a finer viscosity and a stronger adhesion factor. However in my last shipment of the four containers, one did not work. It was like the canister was empty. When shook there was no sense of fluid moving. When the nozzle was depressed, nothing came out. So in essence I paid for four canisters and only got three workable. My recent shipment seemed as though there is fluid in all four canisters. Traci.

Took my order but then announced the next day that what I wanted was actually on back order with unknown waiting time. I had already submiited a payment. Boo! 2 stars. But spoke on the phone with a rep who was extremely helpful in canceling my order. The payment was never recorded, so I assume it was cancelled. Yes! 5 stars. All in all I didn't get what I ordered, needed promptly, and was led to expect.
