The socks are fine, shipping no problem but when you put on the socks the label which is in BOLD!!!! blue print is printed on the front of your foot, on the instep. Depending on what shoe you are wearing the label shows in big blue print COVIDIEN, the size, the number etc. They never thought this out. I'ts OK if your wearing sneakers that fully cover your whole foot. I have to wear compression socks most of the time and I do wear different shoes. I cannot wear these socks if I'm wearing a fashionable shoe. Label should be on the ball of the foot not on the instep to advertise. Absolutely terrible, even if you try to rearrange the sock most of the label shows.

I'm sure a very nice, company. Reasonable delivery time. BUT if you are ordering compresssion stockings for first time, do not go by their sizing chart. Go up a size! They will not accept exchanges once opened. Not sure how I will know if it fits unless I try them on. I threw away $33.40, not easy to do when a lot of medical bills are due after hip replacement!

6.5 months experience ordering apnea machine supplies. one time supplies were ordered but order not sent to shipping. Recently supplies ordered but not shipped because some supplies were not in inventory. No feedback. Is this a low budget mom and pop operation?

I've been a loyal customer of Express Med for 10-15 years and buy from them on a regular basis..... Only issue I have is their shipping prices are too high, you have to buy $95 worth of stuff to get free shipping which I think is ridiculous, especially when you only need a couple of items to purchase. Overall, great service but shipping is overpriced. Loyal Customer

Just what I was looking for and fast delivery. Ridiculously high shipping cost.

The box you shipped my products in was soft, got crushed in transit and the individual boxes for the flow meters were crushed also. Packaging issue. Do you have hard boxes to protect the items? Luckily the flow meters were not damaged, but they are being given as gifts and they look shoddy due to the crushed boxes

We ordered a nebulizer (compressor) but did not have a clue that we needed to order separately saline solution and masks. Also, the compressor came (quickly) with several parts we could not figure out. Looks like a spare, temporary inhaler piece (in several parts). We are educated, literate adults. We could have used a bit more information.
