I typed in several searches at different times and got very similar lists of products. For instances I was trying to look up elastic bandages; I relieved some of the most unreal and unrelated items in my searches. My experiences will make me think twice before using your site again. It would not be at all difficult for a new site to beat yours as far a user friendly.

It was no doubt my responsibility to look more carefully at what I ordered. I looked at the picture of the jobst jolastic bottle in the ad, and it was a 12 oz bottle. If I had checked the specs, which I didn't, I would have discovered I was buying 4 oz bottles. I really think this is miss-leading, because it isn't stated anywhere except in the specs. Please update your picture, or state clearly in your ad that these are a dozen 4 oz. bottles. I didn't read the specs, because I have purchased this from another website, and always bought the 12 oz bottles, so I assumed the specs matched the picture. I know, never assume......

I ordered a compressor for a nebulizer to treat a life threatening condition. I paid $30 extra for 2 day delivery, which happened but it went downhill from there. When I opened the unit it was dirty and even the label was all smeared. When I called customer service I was told it was not a used unit and it was the manufacturer's responsibility and I need ed to call them. Even though I didn't buy it from the manufacturer I did call. They were surprised that ExMed wasn't taking responsibility and immediately call ExMed to try to help me. ExMed did finally step up and agreed to send a new unit, but I would have to pay for it again or wait until I returned the unit I had and wait again for them to process it and send a new one to me. Of course, needing treatment ASAP, I paid for another unit and returned the one I had the same day. The customer service rep assured me the new unit would be sent 2 day delivery since I had paid for that originally. Well, here it is 4 business days later and I still don't have the unit. Thank goodness my hospital was willing to loan me a compressor or more than a week later I would still not be getting the medication I need to avert the life threatening condition with which I have recently been diagnosed. If you want reliability, stay away from Express Medical.

G. Shep Sorry that this product did not meet your expectations. We do not sell used or re-furbished equipment. We did receive the compressor you returned to us and on our inspection do acknowledge that the blue company logo on the front of the unit looks smudged. We assume this was a manufacturing or service line fault that looks rather odd but by no means impacts the units ability to deliver life saving medication. Alice We are sorry that this delay is causing you frustration. It looks like you ordered 2 items. The cushion you ordered does come with it's own washable cover and we can ship the Equagel cushion and cover tomorrow (Just let us know). It can be used without the additional, higher quality, cover that you also ordered. We tried to call the manufacturer of the higher quality cover (ROHO) today to get word of when this item will ship to us but unfortunately they are closed today for a weather emergency. Please do let us know if you would like us to: 1.Ship the Medline cushion and cover with the ROHO cover to follow. 2.Wait for both ordered items to ship at the same time 3.Change your order to just the Medline cushion and Medline cover 4.or our least favorite option, cancel the order. Well, not once, but twice.... I have been shipped the wrong product I've ordered from them. If it were supplies for anything but a colostomy I wouldn't be upset. However; I'd prefer to have my shitting, not public information because twice, I've been sold a bill of goods that wasn't good at all. Not nary a right size to be found...

Your past order (Copied and pasted below) was for: CLMBIOREGBOX Colo-Majic - Ostomy Disposable Liners REG - Box of 100 HCPC Code: 1 $27.08 This product is different from your prior orders. Did you intend to get the same product as you last ordered ? We still have one box of the CLM301 in a box of a 300 Large left. But please note that these older style bags have been discontinued and are replaced with the style you recently ordered. These new bags from Clo-Majic are bio-degradable and only available in boxes of 100 available in either Regular size or Large. Please give us a call if you would like to return the CLMBIOREG and lets us know if you want the older style Bags CLM301 Large that are 300 to a box. There is a cost difference for this older style.
