V Olsson. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your order. This looks to be your first and only order and that you placed your order on-line. On looking at the on-line photo, the pail and lid clearly show that there is no " loop style" handle but only hand holds on the edges. Nessler was emailed the day of his order 6/23/16 that there was a backorder (12 cases of insertion trays – BAR802010) and they would ship in about 7-10 days. They are out for delivery here today, so his order will go out today 7/01/16

Robert Sorry for the confusion. We did have a problem with our estimated ship date function of our Web Store.When you ordered on June 2, we sent a message that we anticipated arrival on June 1st. (that is pretty fast, but obviously not correct) That portion is our mistake and we certainly apologize for the error in our message. I see that you refused the package at the door and we have credited your card the full amount. We would have credited the full shipping cost anyway because of the estimator error on our Web store.The date delivered was actually correct for Next Business day delivery. Please do understand that Orders placed on Thursday after 2PM CST and marked for next day delivery are shipped out on Friday and delivered the next business day which is Monday.
