Return policy is difficult. Usually companies send a return label for pickup. I had to get an RA # to return order, but have to go to the delivery company. I am in a wheelchair & the items are big & heavy. You don't make it easy

The response was good and as promised. I have an issue with the shipping costs. Paid a lot extra for 2 day shipping. Ordered on a Saturday, arrived Wednesday. They count two days after they ship on Monday; in this case it was 5 days from order.

Everything arrives on time but continued problems with packaging causes issues with products leaking. This is an ongoing issue.

It seems that your case of product would have usually been re-boxed by us in a outer box from what the manufacturer provides and that should protect the individual foil pack items. I didn't like the fact that I was not informed before placing my order that it was not in stock. I would not have placed the order if I had known, I only keep the order because they had already charged my credit card. I knew it would be even longer to get my money back. I'm totally satisfied with the product I order. I will think twice before I order again especially if I need a product soon.

Overall, the company is good to deal with. They ship quickly and offer discreet packaging. But their packaging practices have caused me problems. If I order external catheters along with other items, they place the other items in the original catheter box. The catheters then get jammed back into the box (in a space smaller than the manufacturer originally intended) and some of the catheters get compressed too tightly - not good for an item that has adhesive glue rolled up in the catheter sheath. I end up throwing away some of the catheters because they won't unroll smoothly. I understand that they are trying to keep the shipping costs down by avoiding the cost of another, larger, box, but for delicate items, like external catheters, I'd rather pay more for shipping and avoid damaging some of the catheters.

I understand that in this order the mix of products included in one box was not a good solution. In addition to this partial attempt to fix the situation, a meeting will be help with the warehouse team and explore other options for securing and isolation of products that are combined in packages such that they are better cushioned and all products are protected.
