everything came in however the wound…
everything came in however the wound cleaner bottle leaked and was only 1/2 full and it got the tape wet along with other items I bought' This is the first time I ever had an issue with them and shipping

The oeder came quick
The oeder came quick, the issue is the wrap does not hold very well. And I have to tape it down. Plus I made a mistake of ordering 2in instead of 4 in.

universal cuff
I ordered some universal cuffs with hook and loop straps and the picture was deceiving. The wood/plastic in the middle of the cuff was missing. I need that piece.

Most recent order packaging arrived…
Most recent order packaging arrived opened with some content missing and no packing slip. First time in 20+ years that happened. Left a message on voice mail box about it and should hear back. It's too bad EXMED can not offer latex gloves

Ordering online is no issue
Ordering online is no issue. Easy. The only option of using USPS totally sucks. I'd like the option of FedEx over UPS. My order went from Fenton, Mo. to St. Louis then to Edgerton, Ks. I'm in Raytown, Mo. so that just seems crazy. Still waiting on these valuable ostomy supplies I ordered. I ordered them from Exmed because of the price. Can't beat those deals even on Amazon.

Slow shipping
Slow shipping! transfered to USPS from UPS!! Should have received this sooner directly from UPS!! Tday is Dec 31st; still haven't received my package from you, with no expexted date listed by USPS!! Where is my order???
