I ordered ice packs that the site…
I ordered ice packs that the site advertised as in stock. I needed them for swelling for post knee surgery pain. I had the surgery two weeks ago: still haven’t received the order and have been informed the items are NOW out of stock!!!! I plan to return them if/when they ever arrive because my knee has been improving...I would never order from this site again! You only get ONE chance to make a great first impression...

Package was weeks late
Package was weeks late, then arrived ripped open with a strange reinserted product...not my catheters. Still waiting for my catheters.

Incorrect bags
Yawl sent me this mess and I can't even use it the bottom of the bag has no way to keep close. I will never order from yawl again

You’ve lost me!
I’m sorry but you’ve lost me as a customer. While I understand that the shipping delays are beyond your control. There has been no attempt to facilitate expedited deliveries by potentially upgrading deliveries of required medical supplies when you know that that the USPS is overwhelmed. Profits over service in a very difficult time, disappointing.

Hello Jerome, we are sorry to lose you as a customer, we wish you the best. Right now we are not offering air delivery because FedEx can not guarantee arrival so you can pay for Next Day air delivery, but not get it. We are working with USPS as well as FedEx. Both have been very overwhelmed due to Covid and the holiday season. Thank you for ordering with us and thank you for your feedback.

Trying to return something that was…
Trying to return something that was ordered is impossible. Even when return was authorized. Getting return label never comes. And your stuck with product you can’t use and out the money

So disappointed after being a long time…
So disappointed after being a long time customer. Longest shipping wait I have experienced, not to mention high cost. On tracking the arrival date keeps changing. Debating whether to remain a customer? Over 2 weeks and I haven't received my order. I am disabled.
