I recived the samples that I had requested. I didn't receive a price list with them. I would have liked a price list to see how much each sample cost, to help me decide if I wanted to order any of their product.

Stuart Please call us. I see that we shipped out product you ordered on 9-6-17. Is there another item you are looking for ? We have supplies from multiple manufacturers arriving several times a day. It is possible that the back-order status may only be a day or two in length. Customer Service Express Medical Supply 1-800-633-2139 www.exmed.net

Processing of orders is excellent. My issue revolves around your not standing behind the products you ship. You keep telling me I have to deal with the manufacturer and as a result, I am STUCK with product that I cannot use.

Howard We truly want to help solve this problem. Your last order was for 2 Bard products and 1 Hollister product. Can yo identify the problem that you experienced and what was the product number? It sounds like you have called us but I can not identify which CSR you may have addressed this with. Please do not hesitate to call us again. Website experience was fine but product is too flimsy.

We purchased these wheelchair gloves, and they shipped out very quickly so that was good. But the gloves are just okay. I was hoping for more cushioning or protection for the thumb bones (full thumb, half finger version) and they don't grip as much as I'd like for the push rims. I haven't used these for any length of time so cannot speak to the durability or condition after washing.

The quality of service requires improvement. I paid for 1 day shipping but due to a mixup with the company and the manufacturer I did not receive my shipment until 2 days later than initially expected. I was not notified of the delay and only found out about it when I called to track the delivery. There should be notifications sent to customers and tracking information should be given also.Due to the error on their part the company has agreed to reimburse me for the shipping cost.

My total price was supposed to be reduced because my order was not a complete order....It looks like i've been charged on my Credit Card Twice for the same items......I now have 2 charges for the incorrect price for an incomplete order
Response from Express Medical SupplyAug 8, 2017
We are sorry that this often looks confusing. When you placed your order the credit card company puts a reserve or hold on the purchase price but when we actually shipped the box is when the real " charge capture" took place. In reviewing your statement this is easily confused and read as two charges. I see that the order did ship out on 8-1 by USPS. We are very hopeful that you have received. Please call us if you have not received or still have questions about billing or our services. Customer Service Express Medical Supply www.exmed.net 1-800-633-2139 (M-F 8:30- 5:00 central)
