I can't share my experience as I received this mail to rate but my product is on back order. My complaint is that there was nothing on my selection that said Back Ordered. Very disappointing.

Jim,
Thanks for your note.
We are very sorry for this delay in shipment.
We are experiencing unusual delays with the arrival of Hatch gloves. We do notify customers of delays as quickly as possible. I see that you placed your order on Saturday and notification of the back order status was e-mailed to you Monday. Please call us if you would like to cancel this order or if we might have another glove style or manufacturer that might be of benefit.

We are sorry for the shipment delay.
I see that you ordered two items. One of the products ordered was temporarily unavailable ( size14). It is expected to arrive 4-8 or 4-9. The day after you placed your order you should have received an e-mail notification that we would hold all items until that back ordered item arrived unless you notified us that you wanted the other item shipped out as a "partial order".
Shipping complete orders in one shipment helps decrease costs and allows us to offer savings to our customers. Anytime you need us to ship all items ordered that we have in stock please do not hesitate to lets us know.

Not urgent and lacking quality of care
I would say that the reception and admission staff who were the first two faces were both pleasant. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the intake that made that process more lengthy and I was standing at the counter throughout. Considering that I was there to have a bleeding wound on my shin treated, that was an issue. I shouldn't have been on my feet and the leg needed to be elevated with pressure. Also, the staff member who took my history made some rather significant errors with RX levels and dose.
Some sort of triage would be advisable along with the first come, first serve format. No system is ideal, but from looking around the waiting area, it was clear that there was a hierarchy of need and urgency.
Wait time was longer than an ER would have been under normal conditions, speaking as a former hospital administrator who monitored wait time for years. My major issues came with actual treatment. The male doctor I very, and I emphasize that since he merely stepped into the room by inches, had no bedside manner. It was also evident that English was not his primary language. He presented as neither wanting to be there nor wanting to be the one to treat me- or anyone else. I couldn't understand him very well, which didn't make the situation any better. When a practitioner was eventually sent in, she was slightly more pleasant, but had the same language and communication issues. She spoke English, but there was always a distinct feeling that there was a barrier and too much left to chance. Questions were not clearly answered and certainly not welcomed. When it comes to home care and essential information for the coming hours, days and forward, it's a matter of safety to have that clarity. I never had the feeling that she was listening to my concerns and taking them into consideration. That's paramount.

fast service
I ordered a cushion cover for my roho high profile and I had it the next day. fast delievery, but they sent me the wrong cover, it said it was for 8 across by 9 across, but it was way to small,i threw the package away cause I thought I didn't need it, but when I talked to the lady at express medical she told me I had to have the package it came in, so I guess it was my fault for throwing away the package instead of keeping it. it said it was for my cushion but it wasn't, its too small. so not real happy with express, spent 50.00 for something I cant even use.

Bought my second custion cover and its already coming apart not happy
This is the second Roho cushion cover I gotten from you and both didn't even last 6 months, just put it on today and already starting to come apart. I paid close to 50.00 each at least they would hold up a few months, are these factory seconds?
Response from Express Medical SupplyNov 20, 2014
Sorry to hear you are having cover problems. I called the good people at ROHO and they indicate they will ship you out another new cover. Please inspect the problem areas closely upon receipt and notify us if the new cover also looks problem prone.
Express Medical Supply does not deal in seconds or any lower quality products.

Sorry for the frustration caused by this product delay. We have received our nex stock today Monday, Oct 27 and your order will ship out this afternoon.
I see, in retrospect, that we did have an alternative possible substitute product that was available from Dynarex. Had we known that this was an urgent item we could have supplied the alternate.
We are Sorry for the product delay but are happy that it is now on the way.

Instructions are for nurses, not plain people
I didn't know what I was ordering when I ordered 4 pairs of white "goes so far up on your leg that it isn't funny, open toe but closed heel" low-compression stockings. I couldn't get one on (and had to go back to the "medium compression" stockings and "donner" gadget that I'd bought at a store near me while I was waiting for the 4 white ones to come in the mail). The instructions that come with the white stockings are hard to follow, especially since they talk about the femoral artery (how does a plain person like me know where THAT is?) and some other medical gobbledygook. Maybe I'll try using my "donner" to get the white ones on, one of these days, ignoring the medical gobbledygook and just twisting the stockings to where I think they should go. Maybe I'll return them, if they're returnable -- at least the 3 pairs I didn't open.

Thank you for the feedback, A. Lowenstein.
These products were designed by the manufacturer as medical grade compression hose. I see you ordered the TED Thigh High Stocking 3416LF with 8-18 compression. All compression hose and support wear can indeed pose a challenge to get on and positioned correctly. The donner and the latex donning gloves (product number SIG591R400L) can be of great help in getting the hose on and in their best position. We do understand that the manufacturer uses medical terms in their instructions and these can be confusing. It might help to speak with your primary physicians nurse or staff and see if they can provide instructions for use of the compression hose to best meet your compression needs.
To return any unused products for refund or credit, please do not hesitate to call our Customer Support staff at 1-800-633-2139 M-F 8;30-5:00PM CST and request to make a return.
Sincerely
