The Express Medical Supply Service
The Express Medical Supply staff that I have dealt with have been knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous throughout my limited contacts. I asked questions regarding product availability, use, and cost and was pleased with the response. Orders were handled quickly and delivery was excellent. A side note not attributable to the treatment I have received is that for individuals new to incontinence it is difficult to find answers to the questions we have regarding sizes, usage, suitability (walking, standing, lying), and reviews of users. Your price is a little bit better then…
Your price is a little bit better then most but I buy one thing from this company and each time what I buy it is always cost just a little more. Pretty soon it won't be.

Short items on an order
I placed an order on 11/4/19 and received it on 11/6. I was short an item and emailed their customer service on 11/6 but have yet to hear from anyone. Other than this time, I have had no issues with them.
