there was no warning that the Texas external catheter was so flimsy that it would not hold onto the collection bag: in use it twisted and pulled off, creating a wet mess. exmed needs to provide some guidance about what products will work together.

Wish there was a place for comment. Need to leave a comment in regards to repackaging for easy access and always need to send customer service a message once I place the order. Wish I would be able to do this comment when making the order.

Very reasonably priced & prompt delivery. Would like to see lower S&H charges. USPS offers less cost with priority mail. Cost of shipping doubled product cost.
