poore shipping depmartment
Great custmer service but ordered 2 catheter belly bags and recieved 10 now being charged for the over shipped items bad shipping depmartment

Michael We did make an error and are very sorry for your inconvenience . If you would like, we can issue a call tag and have UPS or FedEx retrieve the extra items. This was our mistake and you should not have to keep those items since you did not order. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Wrong order sent
Wrong items were shipped, contacted them. Was told they would get back to me 4 days ago and no one has contacted me. Will be calling again tomorrow. Very disappointed in their service. The order was not what was on the invoice.

STILL WAITING
I haven't got my order yet 10 days and still waiting. Maybe I'll get it for Christmas.

Tim, Sorry for the delay. We did send you an email notifying you of the product back order status. See partial copy below. Perhaps this email was directed to spam of just overlooked. One of the two items you ordered is indeed still on manufacturer back- order. Please let us know if you want to wait and receive both items at the same time, receive the 1. item we now have or some other option. "Thanks for shopping with Express Medical Supply. Catheters
The inlet holes at the end of your catheters are extreamly rough!! I purchased these to suppulment my monthly prescription and they are harable !!

James We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the eyelets of the Bard Catheters. You are welcome to return any unused catheters to us for credit or exchange. Just call our customer care phone line 800-633-2139 and ask to obtain a return authorization. You may also call BARD company directly at their Customer Service desk 800-526-4455 and tell them you are disappointed in this product design and comfort during catheterization. They may offer a different Bard catheter solution and ship you samples of same. We offer many alternative catheters and many manufacturers are proud to speak about their " Highly Polished Catheter eyes" that make the catheterization process less traumatic. In your note you did not indicate what catheter you normally receive through the prescription program. You must be pleased with that catheter, perhaps we carry that same manufacturer as well? Lousy service
Ordered some pinnacle powerstep insoles more than 10 days ago...still not shipped and no word other than a notice the day AFTER I placed my order they were "back-ordered" and should be shipped in 5 business days...guess what...still no word. Don't order from these people unless you don't care when or if your order gets shipped.

Less than happy
I just had surgery on hand and could not find the tape used by doctor. Tape I could get at pharmacy didn't stay on. Found it at Express, along with other things I needed to tend to wound, and the prices were good. But, even though when I ordered, item was in supply, I was notified that some was backordered, and Express decided not to ship the rest, some 10 items to wait for 2 items. I had to call. Now its been a week +, just had stitches taken out and I no longer need the items, and they still haven't arrived. My printer ink supplier can get it to me in 3 days and doesn't charge me anything. What gives. Is it coming from China?

Marsha Sorry this delay has disappointed you. Our records indicate that your whole order will ship out tomorrow June 12 or Monday June 15 at the very latest. When you ordered the 60 boxes we had only 17 on hand. We did send you communication that we could split ship if you needed right away but if not then we would hold till the entire order could be shipped.
