Your service is outstanding but prices keep rising
Your service is outstanding. I'm giving 4 stars because you raised your prices by almost 10%. We are on fixed income and only recieved a modest 1.6% raise on our social security. If this continues, we'r will have to look for other suppliers of the much needed product.

I need a bigger discount on Ilesorb also need submission of bill to Medicare.

Hello Carol, thank you for your feedback. Sometimes people are able to be reimbursed by Medicare after purchasing with us, you would need to call them to find out if you can do that as well. I am sorry but you are correct, we can't submit it for you. Thank you for ordering!

my shopping experience
I am happy with my shopping experience. The items were shipped and received expeditiously. My only issue was the cost for shipping. It seemed excessively high considering the light weight of the items I ordered.

Walker came quickly
Walker came quickly. Fairly easy to assemble. One plastic part where the handle slid into the side rail wasn’t properly molded and was stuck inside the rail. Thus the handle would not go in. I removed a small half moon piece of plastic just hanging by a thread and then the handle went in.
