They were responsive to my calls
They were responsive to my calls, but due to manufacturer issues they were not able to fulfill my order. When I asked for it to be cancelled, they were very responsive.

Russell We are sorry this happened. It may be that on your last order you updated the billing address but left the shipping address as it had been. We have many customers who will ship to different addresses so that nuance does not cause us to take note. I don’t like the new straps that I’ve been getting the first ones that I use to get that you no longer offer was 100 percent better .

The website is good, delivery not so much
The website is good, but the prices are a bit above average. The most disappointing party of the transaction was the fact that the box was placed in my US postal mailbox and not delivered to the door.

I used to be able to count on Express…
I used to be able to count on Express Medical to send my products without having to pay for express delivery. If I ordered before noon it usually went out that day and arrived 3 days later without having to pay extra. Unfortunately, my last 3 orders haven't lived up to your previous service. Too bad. Really was impressed with your response time before.

Please read complete Info. They do have shelf life and eXpress Med does not ship any large quantity past 5mos expiration date.

Dear Mr. Dodd Thank you for your note. We purchase the product directly from the manufacturer in large quantities and all product received with every order placed comes in with an expiration date about 5 months out. This product had been made for years without an expiration date and it was only in the past 5 years or so that a government agency mandated that the manufacturing facility indicate a stamped date. On a side note. We also have the shampoo that also comes with a stamped expiration date. It does not mean that the product is not going to be good after the date.
